Thank you for finding the calm with us! Our first anxiety workshop, “Finding the Calm in Chaos”, was a full room and a full heart kind of night. We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up with openness and honesty — and especially to our brilliant facilitators Medina Cecunjanin and Ena Redzematovic for generously sharing their time, tools, and compassion with our community. From practical strategies to emotional validation, this was a space for healing — and a reminder that we are not alone. We all know how much we need programs like Dismantling Dysfunction to address the challenges we face. The program was both touching and deeply realistic—so powerful that at one point, the entire audience seemed to collectively realize just how much we all share the same struggles and trauma.
